Fourth Quarter

Last quarter of the year is here. What are you doing to prepare and finish the year with a bang? How has the last 9 months of the year prepared you for this point? Has it been difficult to get on track? Or are you crushing it when it comes to your goals? Whatever the case may be the time is now to kick it up a notch. The past is behind us and the present is here and the year is coming to an end. Time to prepare for the new year. Revisit the goals that were set at the beginning of the year. Reevaluate those goals and redirect your focus back to where it needs to be. I’ll admit, I took a look at my vision board and I was disappointed to say the least. Disappointed that majority of the things I failed to accomplish thus far was due to my own lack of effort.

Often times life gets in the way then you have to pick and choose which priorities are more important. Time management, dedication and determination plays a major role which is why personally I take full responsibility for the shortcomings. Now that the problem area has been discovered it’s time to get to work. Creating a podcast has been a goal of mine for 2 years now. Refusing to have a another goal carry over to the new year, I decided enough with the procrastination and actually took a leap in the right direction. The feeling of excitement to finally gather the courage to release it was so fulfilling. I discovered that I was standing in my own way. The moment you decide to take a chance on yourself, it changes everything. We unknowingly stand in the way of our own growth and blessings due to being afraid of failure. Failure is the very thing that keeps us from reaching our full potential. From here on out we will not be defeated by fear. Take a chance on your dreams and desires in life. You never know where they may lead you. Proceed to walk by faith and not by sight. I’m rooting for you, now it’s time for you to root for yourself. You got this! Let’s finish 2019 with a bang giving our all.
